Parent & Community Workday

Nov 7, 2026 – Nov 7, 2026

Join us for a Parent & Community Workday on November 7 from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM as we work together to refresh and care for the Sun Grove campus. Our main focus will be spreading fresh white shell hash and pine mulch, along with weeding, tree trimming, debris removal, and a few simple repairs. Water and lunch platters will be provided, and families are encouraged to bring gloves, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, garden carts, or trimming tools if available. Families are welcome to join us for all or part of the morning, and we appreciate any amount of time you are able to give. Children are also welcome to participate alongside their families. Workdays can be a great opportunity for students to help care for the campus and take part in the community-focused spirit of Sun Grove. We ask that parents keep children with them and supervise them throughout the event. To help everyone stay focused and safe while work is underway, the playground will not be available for use during the workday.
